Sr. Sebastián de la Vallina

A specialist in human resources, strategic planning, infrastructure, and the energy sector. He has built a distinguished executive career in management and board positions at leading companies in a range of sectors: INFA Ampliación S.A., Aluar Aluminio Argentino, Vía Bariloche, Walmart Argentina, SUDELCO S.A., and Jornada Medios.

He served as Secretary of Planning, Public Works and Public Services of the Municipality of Trelew and completed a term as a city councilor of that city. He also held the positions of Undersecretary of the Provincial Implementation Unit, Undersecretary of Public Services, and General Director of Public Services of the Province of Chubut. He is currently General Manager of the Empresa Provincial de Energía del Chubut (EPECH S.A.U., the provincial energy utility of Chubut), where he leads executive management, strategic planning, and the development of renewable energy projects and critical infrastructure for the provincial energy system.
