A professional specializing in innovation, the energy transition, green hydrogen, technology transfer, and international cooperation. He serves as Skills Expert at the Cámara de Industria y Comercio Argentino-Alemana (AHK Argentina, the Argentine-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce), where he leads initiatives on the development of green hydrogen, new energy sources, and the skills required for the energy transition, bringing together companies, institutions, and public-sector actors from Argentina, Germany, and Europe.
He has more than 15 years of experience in innovation, technology, and project development, including an extensive career at the Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica (CNEA, the National Atomic Energy Commission) and the Instituto Balseiro, where he worked on innovation management and technology transfer.
He holds an MBA from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, with a specialization in technology-oriented companies, and postgraduate training in Responsible Innovation from the Technische Universität Berlin.
