Dr. Juan Pedro Cano

He is General Coordinator of the Mesa Argentina de Carbono (the Argentine Carbon Board) and a founding partner of CICLA Desarrollo Sustentable. An attorney specializing in environmental management and public policy, he has more than 15 years of experience in environmental law, policy, and management.

He has worked as a consultant for international agencies and civil society organizations. He served as National Director of Forests, Land Use Planning and Soils at the Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable de la Nación (the national Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development).
