Cont. Hernán Tórtola

He serves as Secretary of Infrastructure, Energy and Planning of the Government of the Province of Chubut. He has an extensive career in public administration linked to infrastructure development and to the planning and execution of strategic public works.

He leads the province's policies on public works, energy, territorial planning, and utilities, and coordinates investment projects aimed at strengthening infrastructure, improving connectivity, and advancing the development of Chubut. He previously served as president of the Administración de Vialidad Provincial (the provincial highway agency).
