A textile designer, he serves as Manager of the Division for Certification of Management Systems, Personal Competencies and Sustainability at IRAM, the Argentine Institute for Standardization and Certification, and as Vice President of IQNet Association.
With more than 30 years at the organization, he has led initiatives related to certification, continuous improvement, and the strengthening of management systems. His experience includes the development and implementation of assessment and verification schemes that provide confidence and assurance to organizations in their sustainability processes.

To open a dialogue on the current state of emissions management in Chubut, addressing the role of the State as the enforcement authority and the various tools and experiences that public and private organizations are advancing today, both under regulatory obligations and on a voluntary basis. Through concrete cases, the panel will show that measurement, inventories, and verification are the foundation of effective climate management, making it possible to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen decision-making, and move progressively toward strategies for reduction, offsetting, and certification.
