Dr. Gustavo Menna

Attorney and university professor of Constitutional Law at the School of Legal Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco (National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco), and of Environmental Law at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of the same university.

He served as a National Deputy in the Argentine Congress. During his term he promoted bills on green hydrogen, electric mobility, minimum standards for the treatment of environmental liabilities, and the updating of renewable energy targets in Argentina's energy mix, among others.
