An industrial engineer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (University of Buenos Aires) and a Specialist in Electricity Market Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires Institute of Technology). He is Energy Resources Manager at Aluar Aluminio Argentino S.A.I.C. and an alternate director of the same company.

He is also Vice President of Hidroeléctrica Futaleufú S.A., President of the Asociación de Consumidores de Gas de la República Argentina (ACIGRA, the Argentine Association of Gas Consumers), a Director of Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista Eléctrico S.A. (CAMMESA, the operator of Argentina's wholesale electricity market), a full member of the board of the Cámara Eólica Argentina (the Argentine Wind Energy Chamber), a full board member and Treasurer of the Asociación de Grandes Usuarios de Energía Eléctrica de la República Argentina (AGUEERA, the Argentine Association of Large Electricity Users), and an alternate director of TRANSPA S.A. and TRELPA S.A.

    To present the energy decarbonization initiatives under way in the province of Chubut through the use of renewable sources (sun and wind) and their contribution to the energy mix. The panel will also explore technological, productive, and sustainable transformations; energy security as a basis for economic development; and the challenges and opportunities of public-private coordination across the province.
