She holds a Ph.D. in Biology and is a researcher at CONICET, Argentina's National Scientific and Technical Research Council, working in the Laboratorio de Oceanografía Biológica (Biological Oceanography Laboratory) of CESIMAR. She teaches at the Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco (National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco) and is a co-founder of Patagonia Ocean Tech.
Specializing in microalgae biotechnology, she develops solutions to transform effluents and CO₂ into high-value bio-inputs for industry, promoting more sustainable products and advancing the transfer of scientific knowledge into technological innovation.

To highlight and reflect on how scientific research, technological innovation, and knowledge of ecosystems can contribute to the development of climate solutions, the generation of environmental assets, and the creation of new opportunities for investment and sustainable development in Chubut. The panel will underscore the importance of scientific rigor, data quality, and technical validation as the foundations for the design of public policy, the development of environmental projects, and the construction of reliable financing mechanisms. It will also address the capacity of the ecosystems of Chubut to act as carbon sinks and biodiversity reservoirs, and their potential to generate certifiable services.
